Why Are Eye Exams Important?
If you’re not at risk of developing eye disease, the Canadian Association of Optometrists recommends visiting your optometrist every second year. However, most optometrists would advise patients to have an eye exam performed every year.
There are many eye conditions and diseases that can develop over time without causing you to experience or exhibit any symptoms. Eye exams are your first line of defence, which is why we recommend more frequent exams.
Our eye care team will take the time to thoroughly inspect your eyes using a variety of innovative tools and techniques, so you can walk away with a firm grasp on the state of your eye health.
